We want you to be satisfied with LenderReady. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available across our current products.
The Financing Readiness Score and the Business Plan Check are free. No payment is collected, so no refund applies.
The Prep Kit is a fixed PDF, delivered in full the moment you pay, and the product page lists what is inside it before you buy. Because it is delivered complete and cannot be returned, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded.
If the download fails: email hello@lenderready.ca within 7 days and we will send the file directly. If we cannot get it to you, we will refund you in full.
The File Diagnostic, the 13-Week Cash-Flow Model, the Lender Presentation Package and the Growth-Financing Sprint are delivered by a person after you complete an intake.
Before work starts: you may cancel for a full refund at any time before your intake is submitted (for the Sprint, before the model work begins). Email hello@lenderready.ca and the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Once work has started: once a reviewer has opened your file, the time is spent and the fee is final. Applicable tax is refunded with any refund.
If we are late: if your deliverable is not delivered within twice the stated turnaround from a complete intake (ten business days for the File Diagnostic), you are refunded in full and keep anything already delivered.
These services describe and prepare your file. No refund is owed on the basis of a lender's decision, which is the lender's alone.
7-day refund, no questions asked. If you are not satisfied with your plan for any reason, email hello@lenderready.ca within 7 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason, and you keep any copy you have already downloaded.
After 7 days the sale is final, as the plan is a customized digital deliverable generated immediately upon payment.
You see your readiness score for free before you pay, so you know what the tool found in your numbers before any money changes hands.
Because the full Application File is generated on demand immediately upon payment, all sales are final once the file has been generated and delivered.
7-day technical-issue window: If a technical problem prevents delivery, or the generated file materially does not match what was described on the product page, contact hello@lenderready.ca within 7 days of purchase and we will either resolve the issue or issue a full refund.
Email hello@lenderready.ca with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We respond to refund requests within 2 business days.
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card issuer. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended.
