We want you to be satisfied with LenderReady. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available across our products.
The Scanner is free. No payment is collected, so no refund applies.
Because the Conversational Business Plan is a customized digital deliverable generated immediately upon payment, all sales are final once the plan has been generated and delivered.
7-day refund window: If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery, or if the generated plan does not match what was described on the product page, contact support@lenderready.ca within 7 days of purchase and we will either resolve the issue or issue a full refund.
The Pre-application Review is refundable until work begins. Once a Canadian commercial banker has started reading your file, the time is spent and the review is no longer refundable.
To cancel before work begins, email support@lenderready.ca and we will process the refund within 5 business days.
The Loan Decline Review is a human-delivered service with a specific quality commitment.
Refund guarantee: If our reviewer cannot identify at least three actionable changes that could meaningfully improve your loan application, we will refund your payment in full.

Email support@lenderready.ca with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card issuer. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended.
