We want you to be satisfied with LenderReady. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available across our products.

Free Loan Readiness Scanner

The Scanner is free. No payment is collected, so no refund applies.

Conversational Business Plan ($49.99)

Because the Conversational Business Plan is a customized digital deliverable generated immediately upon payment, all sales are final once the plan has been generated and delivered.

7-day refund window: If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery, or if the generated plan does not match what was described on the product page, contact support@lenderready.ca within 7 days of purchase and we will either resolve the issue or issue a full refund.

Pre-application Review ($249)

The Pre-application Review is refundable until work begins. Once a Canadian commercial banker has started reading your file, the time is spent and the review is no longer refundable.

To cancel before work begins, email support@lenderready.ca and we will process the refund within 5 business days.

Loan Decline Review ($499)

The Loan Decline Review is a human-delivered service with a specific quality commitment.

Refund guarantee: If our reviewer cannot identify at least three actionable changes that could meaningfully improve your loan application, we will refund your payment in full.

How it works:

• If our reviewer determines, after examining your submission, that there are fewer than three actionable improvements to recommend, we will notify you and refund your payment within 5 business days
• If you receive your Review and believe it does not meet the standard described on the product page, contact support@lenderready.ca within 14 days of delivery to request a review of your case
• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Stripe

Refunds are not available when:

• You change your mind after the Review has been delivered and contains three or more actionable recommendations
• You submit incomplete or inaccurate information that prevents a meaningful review (we will request additional information first and only deny refunds for unresponsive customers)
• Your lender does not approve a subsequent loan application — lending decisions are made by lenders and are outside our control

How to Request a Refund

Email support@lenderready.ca with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card issuer. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended.
