"After a diagnostic" means these are offered to businesses whose diagnostic shows the need. They are not sold cold, because building a model for a file that is not ready wastes your money. The diagnostic fee is credited against the Sprint.

For a request that lives or dies on timing: working capital for a contract, a hiring plan, a build-out. A weekly model in a spreadsheet you keep, with every assumption written beside the number, reviewed with you once, and one revision after that.
Requires: a diagnostic or equivalent intake, year-to-date figures, and the contract, quote, or budget. You own the file and can update it yourself.
Lender Presentation Package
$599 CAD plus tax
The package a credit analyst wants to receive: purpose and request in one page, sources and uses, a financial summary with the ratios calculated, the risks and how you manage them, and an indexed document appendix. Two revisions. Written from your documents and your words; every assumption is marked as yours.
This is a presentation of your file, not a business plan for a startup and not a broker's submission. You submit it to the lender yourself.
Growth-Financing Sprint
$1,250 CAD plus tax
Diagnostic, cash-flow model, presentation package, and a 45-minute review call to rehearse the meeting. For a defined project of roughly $150,000 and up, or any acquisition. Ten business days from a complete intake.

A growth plan usually assumes more customers. A separate NeuroLabs engagement checks whether the business's website can produce them: mobile usability, service clarity, trust signals, quote friction, local search basics, analytics accuracy, and lead attribution.
This has nothing to do with a lender's decision. A better website does not change what a lender decides and is never presented as if it does. It solves a different problem: generating the demand your growth plan assumes.

Are taxes included?
Prices are shown before tax. GST/HST is calculated by Stripe at checkout from your billing address and shown before you pay.
What is the refund treatment?
Full refund any time before work starts (for the diagnostic, before your intake is submitted). Once a reviewer has opened your file, the fee is final. If a deliverable is not delivered within twice the stated turnaround from a complete intake, you are refunded in full. Refund policy.
How many revisions?
Diagnostic: one written round of questions. Cash-flow model: one revision. Presentation package: two revisions. Sprint: the revisions of each part plus one review call. There is no unlimited-revision option, because open-ended scope is what makes services like this unreliable.
Where does LenderReady stop and the lender start?
LenderReady prepares and explains. It does not submit, negotiate, or advocate, does not take commissions, and has no relationship with any lender. Every deliverable identifies what came from your documents and what is an assumption. The decision, the terms, and the timing are the lender's alone.
Is the fee tax-deductible?
For a Canadian business, fees paid to earn business income are often deductible. Keep the receipt and confirm the treatment with your accountant. This is not tax advice.
